Adrian Alan Akins was standing on a 10 ton trailer. Another individual was loading a 10 ton bridge section onto the back of Akins’ vehicle using a 20 ton crane. Akins was holding the bridge section to guide it onto the trailer when the cable from the crane struck an overhead electrical wire causing Akins to be electrocuted.
