Robert Norris Chinquina was killed while a passenger on a military vehicle on a military mission when the weapon of another vehicle was accidentally discharged striking his vehicle. / Platoon leader and passenger on tank moving out of night defensive position.  Another tank accidentally fired its main gun hitting this tank and another tank.
