Thomas Gabriel Soto died as a result of injuries received while a passenger on a military vehicle on a military mission when it collided with another vehicle and overturned. / Passenger on 1 1/2 ton truck on resupply mission when vehicle was sideswiped by another vehicle and overturned as it left the road. Individual admitted to 93d Evacuation Hospital, Long Binh, on 8 May 1969 at 1340 hrs, and later expired. Incident occurred on 8 May 1969 at 1330 hrs.
